FAQ / Setup Instructions

What to Expect?

What to Expect?

It is important to understand what to expect when trading with our signals.

Many traders are anxious to make many trades with high frequency. Please understand that this is not the way you would trade with our signals.

  • You can expect to get an average of 49 signals per month, which would result in an average of 28 confirmed trades (level1 and leve2 inclusive).
  • Not all signals will meet the trading rules and conditions to be turned into confirmed trades. This means that you can get even 4 or 5 signals in a row, which do not result in placed trades (in case our suggested trading system is followed).
  • There will be days when you will not receive a single signal, also there might be a few days in a row where you will not receive a signal or the signals that will be sent will not meet the conditions to be turned into confirmed trades.
  • At certain times you will receive more signals in short period of time. For example, you can get 3 signals in 3 hours time, or you can get up to 5 confirmed trades in a single day.
  • Profitability results are evident in 2 or 3 months of trading with our signals. It is expected that some months will also result in losses.

Our advice

  • If you are an anxious trader and want to place large number of trades or trade high-frequency trades, you can do so by utilizing your own trading strategies.
  • If you decide to use our service as an alternative trading method, it is best to set up a separate brokerage account with separate bankroll, so you can track the exact performance you are getting from our service.

How to setup SMS alerts - Choosing the correct timezone

How to setup SMS alerts - Choosing the correct timezone

All out trading signals are sent in GMT timezone by default.

Our signals are sent in real-time and all brokers display charts in real-time, which means all signals are valid. However instead GMT time, some brokers will show you your own timezone time in their trading interface.

For example our signal can be sent at 10:00 GMT and in the SMS/e-mail signal it will show 10:00 GMT, while your broker can show that the time is 12:00. This does not mean that the signal is late. It only means that the time displayed by your broker is GMT + 2 hours.

In order for our signal to show the time in your own timezone time (instead of GMT time), you have to select your timezone at registration.

You can also change your timezone settings under 'My Profile' tab at any time.

How to setup e-mail alerts?

How to setup e-mail alerts?

First of all make sure our e-mails do not end up in your spam folder. If this happens make sure you mark them as 'not spam'. Our e-mails are sent form e-mail address: signal@realbinaryoptionssignals, sender: TradingSignal, subject: TRADING ALERT

Setting up e-mail alerts on your PC or Tablet

If you want to get e-mail alerts as fast as possible to your computer, you can set up the e-mail refresh frequency to the shortest time possible. If you use clients online, such as Google or Yahoo, they should refresh automatically immediately when you receive new e-mail (or with maximum delay of 2 minutes).

If you use pre-installed e-mail clients, such as Mozilla Thunderbird or Outlook, you should adjust e-mail client settings to check for emails with the maximum frequency (usually 1 minute selection is possible). For more details you can refer to this article: http://www.hostdime.com/resources/changing-frequency-of-checking-email-in-outlook-and-thunderbird/

You can even install a separate app that will give you alerts on your desktop. For more information about one of these apps check here: http://www.emailtray.com/email-notifier.html

Setting up e-mail alerts on your Mobile

If you want to get the alerts on your mobile phone you have to be connected to the internet via wireless network or your mobile service network. There are many apps that will check your inbox every minute and will alert you about new e-mails. You can even set up the e-mail filtering and adjust the alert tone and other parameters, so you will only be notified with alert only when you receive our trading signal.

Instructions for Android - We found a very good free App that allows you to setup all the parameters for customized alerts. You can find here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.willdev.mailalert&hl=en, or visit the Google Play Store with your Android phone and search for 'Mail Alert' app. If you use this app, or any other, you can use filtering settings to get alerts only when you receive our trading signal.

Instructions for i-Phone - You can set up e-mail alerts on i-Phone as well, some operating systems have already built-in functions which you can use. You can get more info here: http://www.howtogeek.com/208904/how-to-only-get-notifications-for-emails-you-care-about-on-your-iphone/ or here: http://www.iphonefaq.org/archives/971295. If you browse the internet you can find many solutions by yourself.

E-mail filtering information

With any email alert program or app that allows filtering, you can set the subject filter to 'Trading Alert', or you can set the sender filter to 'TradingSignal'. This way you will only get alerts when you receive our signals and you won't be alerted for other e-mails.
